Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He carries with him a set of whips, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Wiggan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Wiggan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
