Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Rhogar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. He now mingles about in high society.
