Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has a dull look in her red eyes.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she's in love

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Garl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with green slacks. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and money/treasure

His orange fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This tall, slender man wears a grey vest and prefers white and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion
