Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he prefers to wear flannel. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Two Llamas was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sybil isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sybil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
