History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Junk Dealer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now mingles about in high society.
