History: Moon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Berrian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
