History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Assassin for the past few years.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he prefers to wear flannel. His hair is black and curly. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Zook was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Crown-heir. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she is unsatisfied with her job
