Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Pelt was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Thoradin was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
