When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Fax was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Mijira enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mijira grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Caramip studied abroad. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by her family; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. She's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
