Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Portia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Portia was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Portia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: This tall, slender woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
