History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Quilla hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
