History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Ownka was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ownka's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ownka and her spouse have recently divorced.

She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
