Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

History: Emerald was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
