Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Seebo enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter.
