Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Chay was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her auburn hair is cut short. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is a great chef.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Enna grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Enna. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: The light-skinned man stands 4'7" and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a halberd on his belt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'5" when asserting himself. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor
