Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Xanaphia's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Xanaphia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a brown coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Gale hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
