History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to work out more often

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
