History: Born to a Masseuse, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Eldon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eldon decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
