He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Kaladan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Dee was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Mayor. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
