The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A true patriot, Yebe would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
