One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Malquis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Blacksmith, but she got bored and became a Sailor. She has achieved small success as a Sailor.

History: Galiena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Galiena's homeland. Galiena decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard.
