Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Junk Dealer.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against gnolls
