Umpen took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Bork learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Murgen reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ea never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
