Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Brug lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Banker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.
