Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His golden hair is cut short. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Euphemia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
