Description: A plain young-adult man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Balam alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Description: This malnourished man wears dull tan sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed glaive, just in case. His hair is cut close to his head. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born in the north. Sapply was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Architect. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: She tends to wear a green poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She carries with her a set of tridents, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. She has a dull look in her gold eyes.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'1" when asserting herself. Her crest, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. She has red eyes and a green hat with a grey feather.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. A friendly and beautiful Dragonborn, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 8. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to be a engraver again
