Description: She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her hair is short and black. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Verin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This light-skinned male wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his monstrous two handed axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She is an average looking northern female in her early mid-life. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. She has no hair. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born in the north. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His hair is white and very short. He has green eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Scrag has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Gifted from a young age, Duergath studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother
