Personality: He is fixated on the number 14. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Korfel lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Alice was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and further expansion of business

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Marastyr is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Marastyr alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
