History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and further expansion of business
