When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ulla alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
