History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Miller.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shortbow use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
