History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Burto was a troubled youth. Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
