History: Born in the west to a Dyer, Ovina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Dyer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
