History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to prove her worth to the world

History: Phann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Kelter's homeland. Kelter decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and someone believes him a fraud
