Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Smoking has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Trym alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Revenge; and to unite with her sister

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life
