His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
