History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, Gurdis took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
