Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Engong fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Elaim is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arara. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts
