Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She carries with her a set of axes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: Standing 4'9", this woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her rusty crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.
Personality: Akra wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears baggy red pantaloons and a black scarf. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cora took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Cora and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is greedy; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a white tunic with black highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
