History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Percival isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
