Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He wears his blonde hair up. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed white hat.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

Description: A 3'7" western man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His hair is blonde and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He's in love; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He wears a tan shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and blue pants. He has a hunchback. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her scarlet crest is lengthy. Her gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy lavender fur. She prefers to wear brown clothing when she does not wear armor. She has a hunchback. Her lavender fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to reunite with her absent father
