History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a Tanner soon after.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
