History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Nyx reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Being a Architect kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
