Description: She prefers to wear flannel. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Meriele was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Silaqui lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
