Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. Her golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Luthra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Luthra. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Tethren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Painter and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is his passion

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many gnolls want him driven away
