History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. At a young age her father died while driving off some goblins. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in monstrous two handed axe use. After a long history of fighting, Ilanis and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.
