Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. Her blonde hair is singed and shortened. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eva is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
