History: Torinn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Cook, her father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Maegan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Maegan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Xanaphia and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She is a Lycanthrope in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
