Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Fonkin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his sister

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length yellow fur. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 27. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cask is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Cask hails from a village terrorized by goblins. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Cask was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Greeba was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Bowyer like her father before her.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Elaim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Elaim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elaim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
