Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears dull green sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nykkan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This exceptionally lanky man dresses like a well dressed Ploughman does. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She wears dark leathers with embroidery, marred by beers. Her hair is silver and curly. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Priest business.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This tall, slender man wears long strands of sapphire and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has auburn hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Zaffrab was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Zaffrab's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zaffrab and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
